Acting on behalf of my client a nationwide property maintenance & refurbishment company, Workforce On Demand require physically fit labourers for an
immediate start to carry out a soft strip out of a hotel in Edinburgh (EH1) postcode

Duties:

  • Perform physical labour tasks as assigned by the supervisor
  • Load and unload materials and equipment
  • Moving of hotel room soft furnishings into storage
  • TV stand, vanity furniture etc prior to rooms being redecorated
  • Clean and maintain work areas and equipment at all times
  • Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a labourintensive role preferred
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding task
  • Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Requirements:

  • CSCS Card preferred but not essential as long as have previous on site labouring experience
  • Safety Boots, High Viz Vest

Duration:

Must be available to work 12 days on and 2 days:


  • Must be available for weekend work:
-
Monday
Friday 8am 6pm:
Slightly later starts on weekendsCan pay - CIS (UTR Number required) or PAYE
