Are you looking for a rewarding part-time job where you can make a difference in the lives of others? Join our team as a Passenger Assistant and help transport passengers to and from schools/day centres.

We are a family-run business and Lincoln's Premier Taxi Service. We are currently expanding and seeking dedicated, fun, kind, and patient passenger assistants to join us.

PASSENGER ASSISTANT ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Transport special needs (SEN) or vulnerable children and adults to and from school, college, or day care centres
• To work in an effective, safe, flexible manner and support the operation of the company.
• To quickly establish positive and professional relationships with passengers, their carers/parents, and the key people at the establishments they attend.
• To assist the driver in company supplied vehicles, which includes cars, 8 seat people carriers and large wheelchair accessible vehicles.
• To be patient and empathic with the passengers and be able to keep them occupied and comfortable on journeys.

PASSENGER ASSISTANT REQUIREMENTS

• Pass an enhanced criminal record check for you as you will be working with children, young persons and/or vulnerable adults.
• Have the right to work in the UK.
• Being willing to be first aid and happy to advance to being specialist medically trained.

PASSENGER ASSISTANT BENEFITS- Term time work. (Before and after School hours)

We are looking for somebody who is patient, responsible and is looking for a part-time role. You can be new to the role or have experience. You will be responsible for the children's safety and wellbeing from School to home and will be accompanying a professional driver
