Description:
Are you a qualified and diligent Asbestos Surveyor / Consultant looking for new opportunities? In this role, you will work across diverse sites such as Commercial, Healthcare, Educational, and Social Housing, conducting asbestos surveys following HSG 264 guidelines. Additionally, there will be chances to work off-site for report quality checks.

Experience & Qualifications:
  • Holding the BOHS P402 or RSPH equivalent is crucial.
  • Prior experience with a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy is necessary.
  • Skills in quality checking and project management are advantageous.
  • Thorough understanding of HSG 264 guidelines.
  • Strong technical acumen.
  • Effective communication and prioritization abilities.

The Role:
  • Conducting various surveys including management, refurbishment, demolition, and re-inspection.
  • Sampling ACMs and ensuring proper labeling for analysis.
  • Adherence to HSG 264 guidelines.
  • Utilizing TEAMS / TRACKER systems for detailed reporting.
  • Client liaison and consultancy advice provision.
  • Quality checking of asbestos reports.
  • Collaborating with surveyors for report anomalies.
