The role:

  • You will be asked to take on responsive maintenance works to include plumbing, tiling, minor carpentry and decorating.
  • You will be tasked with completing all internal decorations on various public and private sector contracts
  • You will need to be motivated in your approach to work and thrive on building working relationships across public sites, contributing to a positive team working environment.
  • Health and safety aware for yourself and all people around you
  • You should be confident in dealing with people and be prepared to go the extra mile to maintain both quality of work and customer satisfaction

Desirable skills:

  • CSCS Card
  • NVQ LVL 2 Carpentry / Joinery
  • Driving License
