We are looking for Drivers/Valeters to join the team at our depot in Knaresborough.

About the Role

In this customer-facing role, you will be involved in delivering and collecting vehicles, valeting vehicles, booking vehicles in and out, and providing rental support such as answering the phone and using our IT systems.

In addition to driving and valeting, you may also be required to assist with general administrative tasks, deal with inquiries, and support other depots as needed.

The Ideal Driver/Valeter
We are looking for somebody reliable, punctual, polite and friendly.

You will have previous experience of driving and valeting, preferably gained within a vehicle hire or motor retail environment.
A full driving licence is essential.

Customer service experience will be an advantage.

The Knaresborough office is a tight-knit team where everyone pitches in to get the job done
Along with your regular duties you may also be required to help with:

• Dealing with queries and providing advice & assistance in relation vehicle rentals.
• Other general administrative tasks as required to support the Rental Manager.
• Providing support to other depots as required to assist the wider team.

We are looking for a polite, professional customer-focused individual, comfortable in dealing with businesses and the general public both on the phone and face to face.
