As an Associate Digital Product Manager at AXA Health, you will play a crucial role at the intersection of customer needs, business objectives, and technology, ensuring seamless customer experiences across various digital platforms and products.
At AXA, we prioritize smart work, enabling our team to strike a balance between remote work and office presence based on their preferences, teamwork requirements, and customer needs. You will spend at least 40% of your week outside your home, either at our office sites, meeting clients, or participating in industry gatherings.
We are open to discussing flexible work arrangements, including part-time options or condensed hours, to suit your needs, which can be explored with our Talent Acquisition team.
What you'll be doing:
- Support the development of the digital product vision and strategy for your designated digital feature, journey, or service.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key challenges that need addressing.
- Ensure that your digital features, journeys, or services align with customer requirements, are technically viable, and bring tangible benefits to both customers and the business.
- Take responsibility for designing, implementing, and rolling out digital experience enhancements within your domain.
- Define, lead, and communicate the product roadmap, ensuring that it aligns with business objectives, is outcome-focused, and remains transparent and accessible to all stakeholders.
- Establish and own the success metrics and reporting mechanisms for digital products.
- Set clear product objectives and performance indicators that are closely tied to business strategy and commercial achievements.
