In this role, you will:

  • Proactively generate new leads, appointments, and referrals through daily business development activities.
  • Handle your own sales appointments from start to finish.
  • Participate in meetings with potential partners and referral sources.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets.
  • Manage and nurture your sales pipeline effectively.
  • Thrive in a high-energy, target-driven environment that values results.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 4+ years of proven experience in B2B solution sales (industry-specific experience is not mandatory).
  • Proficiency in value-based and consultative selling approaches.
  • The ability to engage diverse audiences, including business owners, directors, and HR managers.
  • A background of thriving in a fast-paced setting with numerous weekly meetings.
  • Prior experience in field sales.
