  • Citizens Advice Plymouth service offer is growing, and we're looking for a Partnership Engagement Officer to improve awareness and access to Citizens Advice Plymouth's services and drive referrals to Help to Claim Service.
  • The role will focus on building partnerships with local job centres, other Citizens Advice offices, user groups and other similar audiences with to raise awareness and improving access to our services for people who need them. This will be done by identifying new stakeholders, attending stakeholder and community events, and facilitating various engagement activities such as producing newsletters and organizing events.
  • The main focus will be on promoting the Help to Claim service and increasing referrals to the service. You will also gather information from across the district about what works in relation to Universal Credit and work on various insight projects and be involved in pilots run by the national Impact & Improvement team.
  • As the Partnership Engagement Officer, you will work across the Devon and Cornwall Jobcentre Plus district area with occasional travelling and working during evenings and weekends.
  • During your initial first 3 months, you will be expected to attend the office more frequently for induction, and specifics of your hybrid working pattern can be agreed in your first few weeks.
