We are a well-established commercial finance brokerage based in Chester City Centre looking for an Office Junior this is a key role within the Company supporting the Managing Director with day to day administration tasks required within the business.


The role will include, gathering and storing relevant customer information, organising client files, answering incoming calls, organising incoming sales leads.

The role requires an organised, positive and competent individual who has a keen eye for detail.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming sales leads
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Organising client information
  • Collecting and inputting company data
  • Inputting data using MicrosoftExcel
  • Inputting data using our CRM System
  • Running and distributing reports
  • Providing office support
  • Keeping wellorganised files and records of business activity
  • Being ready for any other administrative tasks that are required
