1Leisure is expanding its bank of casual staff at both Medina & The Heights Leisure Centres for the Fitness Instructor Team. The focus is on finding candidates who can fill in during holidays and staff absences.


Candidates must be flexible with working hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays. Hours are not guaranteed, and there may be a delay in contact.


We are seeking individuals with strong communication skills, self-motivation, enthusiasm, and the ability to work independently and within a team.


The role mandates a current Level 2 gym instructing qualification. Refer to the Job Summary for essential qualifications and experience.


We are interested in team players who can complement our existing staff and exhibit a confident and outgoing personality, preferably with leisure industry experience.
