Hours: Monday to Friday and every other Saturday morning 8-12
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn about our products and services to enhance customer interactions in alignment with our values
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers, providing proactive advice and solutions for the best customer experience
- Handle lapsed accounts
- Generate sales with both new and existing customers
- Utilize internal systems for order processing, managing deliveries, and keeping customers informed throughout the process
- Maintain branch cleanliness and organization for a positive customer impression
- Monitor stock levels and conduct regular stock counts
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify areas for enhancement
