We are seeking a skilled and talented Stylist to join our team.

As a Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality hair and beauty services to our clients.

Duties:

  • Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Stay uptodate with the latest trends and techniques in hairstyling and beauty
  • Recommend appropriate products and treatments to clients
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and salon equipment
  • Upsell salon products and services to maximize revenue
  • Assist with front desk duties as needed
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive salon experience for clients
  • Act as a mentor to junior stylists, providing guidance and support in their professional development

Skills:

  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
  • Strong knowledge of hairstyling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and styling
  • Ability to upsell salon products and services
  • Familiarity with store management procedures is an asset
  • Barbering skills are desirable
  • Ability to mentor and guide junior stylists in their career development

Job Type:
Part-time

Pay:
From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 23 per week
