Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Block Paver to join our team. As a Block Paver, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining block paving for various projects.

This is a hands-on role that requires strong communication skills, the ability to drive and operate machinery, and the capability to manage projects effectively.

Also fencing skills and slabbing needed.

Responsibilities:

• Install block paving according to project specifications
• Prepare the ground by excavating and leveling the area
• Lay and align blocks in a precise manner
• Cut blocks to fit specific areas as needed
• Maintain and repair existing block paving as required
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Requirements:

• Proven experience in block paving or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of block paving techniques and materials
• Ability to operate machinery such as compactors and cutters
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet project deadlines
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials as needed

Note:
All positions must be paid, including internship positions.
