Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist patients with mobility and transfers
  • Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
  • Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
  • Assist with meal planning and preparation
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
  • Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is preferred
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
