Key duties:

  • Proactive management of diaries and inboxes
  • Serving as a gatekeeper for fee earners
  • Arranging travel
  • Handling bundling tasks
  • Completing end-to-end billing
  • Drafting and revising legal documents
  • Supervising the daily operations of the team
  • Managing holiday requests and ensuring sufficient coverage during absences
  • Handling recruitment processes, including conducting interviews and training new team members
  • Supporting performance management by conducting reviews and assisting with promotions and salary/bonus assessments
  • Collaborating with other departments within the firm (HR, Business Development, Compliance, Finance, etc.) on various projects, feedback, and updates
  • Providing coverage for other team coordinators when needed
