We are looking for Train Cleaning Operatives for Banbury Depot

This is primarily a night shift position (10pm-6am) but some day shifts will be required, working on a zero hours contract


The company now provides its services in a range of sectors covering Aviation, Rail, Events and Exhibitions, Retail, Education, Commercial and Industrial within the Facilities Management arena.


Role Overview:

Please note that different roles within our organisation offer different areas of responsibility.

Your role may include (but it is not limited to):

  • Deep Cleaning of train carriages.
  • Detailed interior cleaning with additional attention paid to touch points.
  • Exterior train cleaning (undercarriage with jet wash etc).
  • Ensuring that your dedicated areas are cleaned to an extremely high standard.
  • Working with cleaning substances.
  • Have exceptional attention to detail.
  • Be flexible to work outside of contracted hours when required.
  • Have great customer service skills.
  • Have an excellent cando attitude.
  • Possess a willingness to learn new things and progress when opportunities arise.
  • Have previous experience from within a similar working environment.
