About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Delivery Consultant to join our IT Service Management team. The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in recruitment and a solid grasp of the ITSM/technology sector.

As a Delivery Consultant, you will play a vital role in identifying, engaging, and securing top IT Service Management professionals for our clients.

• Manage the full recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
• Collaborate with clients to comprehend their recruitment needs and offer exceptional service.
• Achieve and surpass key performance indicators related to candidate placements and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in recruitment, particularly in IT Service Management or the wider IT field.
• Familiarity with ITSM practices, ITIL, and the IT sector.
