As the Ecommerce Project Manager, you will be central to ensuring that projects are scoped, briefed and delivered on time and on budget, ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of new initiatives across the Online and Digital portfolio, including web,apps, mobile & in store ordering.


The Ecommerce Project Manager will partner IT, technology partners and internal departments, demonstrating high level stakeholder engagement and management expertise, communicating, and documenting all requirements ensuring effective implementation.


Responsibilities include:

  • Successful planning and delivery of full lifecycle ecommerce projects within an ecommerce environment
  • Manage day to day site performance and issue escalation.
  • Creating detailed requirements documents for all projects.
  • Manage internal and external resources: Including external development & technical resources, internal testing resource.
  • 3rd Party supplier management, ensuring successful delivery and integration of 3rd party systems.
  • Controlling Project Initiation and Service Introduction.
  • Adhering to the financial project budget.
  • Leveraging appropriate best practice project management techniques.
  • Managing the delivery of the change to meet business needs.
  • Managing stakeholders to achieve business buyin.
  • Daily, weekly, monthly updates of on flight projects and initiatives that in scoping and discovery.


As the Ecommerce Project Manager you will have managed several significant projects successfully simultaneously involving a large amount of systems, business and technical changes.

Stakeholder Management is key, and an assertive nature is required for successfuldelivery.

Project management qualifications or training ideally in Prince2 and AGILE methodologies and knowledge of Jira & SAP is beneficial.
