Friendly, confident and reliable individuals with excellent customer service skills required to join the Lodge team.

Duties include staffing the main gates and the reception and direction of visitors.

Skills/Experience:

  • Experience in delivering a high level of customer service.
  • Security experience is desirable.
  • Capability in the use of technology.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Confidence in dealing with the public.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.


Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings and weekends, between 7:00 and 19:30, Monday to Sunday, to suit the needs of the college.

Availability to work weekends on a regular basis is pre-requisite.

Full-time, part-time or casual opportunities available.

Experience:

- receptionist or porters' lodge: 1 year (preferred)

  • Customer service: 1 year (required)
- security: 1 year (preferred)

  • IT: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
- enhanced DBS certificate (preferred)
- first aid certificate (preferred)

  • SIA Door Supervisor (preferred)

Work authorisation:

  • United Kingdom (required)
