- Helping with filing, copying and processing paperwork.
- Daily admin tasks
- Receiving of phone calls, redirection of calls and taking messages
- Managing of post & scanning
- Organising of invoices for processing
- Collation of drivers timesheets
- Chasing of POD's
- Some liaison with drivers
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in an office based admin role
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy office environment
- Enthusiastic & self motivated
- Problem solving approach to tasks
- Exceptional organisational skills
IT Competent
- MS Office / Outlook / Excel
- Strong administrative & organisational skills
- Polite and clear telephone manner
- Excellent level of English being able to communicate in a clear helpful manner verbally and written.
