Qualification Factors: Bachelor of Arts Degree in English with an emphasis on technical and professional writing, or equivalent, with 5 to 9 years of relevant experience; +5 additional years combination of education, professional training, or relevant work experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
  • Experience developing military hardware and software TMs and electronic TMs (AW standards listed above
  • Experience using XML authoring software (PTC Arbortext, Interactive Authoring and Display Software, or similar).
  • Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and within integrated product teams in physical and virtual settings.
  • Proficient with MS Office products, SharePoint, and TEAMS.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, "go-getter" attitude, and a passion for the Marine Corps mission.
  • Strong oral and written communication, analytical, and critical thinking capabilities.
  • Ability to obtain a DoD SECRET clearance is required.
  • Technical or hands-on user experience with military systems is highly beneficial.
  • Ancillary experience with technical illustration and graphic design software (AutoCAD, PTC IsoDraw, Auto‐Trol Technical Illustrator, or similar) and photo editing software is beneficial.

Salary range: $70K - $95K
