Tozer House seeks a dedicated Night Support Worker to join the team for overnight shifts.
As a Night Support Worker, you will:
- Provide personal physical and emotional care and support during night shifts.
- Listen to individuals and treat everyone with respect and kindness.
- Perform light domestic duties to maintain cleanliness, comfort, and safety for those under our care.
- Conduct regular checks throughout the service area to ensure well-being and security.

About Tozer House
This is a registered home for adults with various support needs, providing access to gardens and engaging activities like dance sessions and fitness groups. The goal is to actively involve each individual in their local community as much as possible.
Experience & skills (Used for shortlisting)
Key Skills:
- Interpret and redirect information appropriately for quick resolutions.
- Communicate effectively with individuals requiring special support.
- Possess basic literacy and numeracy skills for documentation.
- Handle diverse cultural backgrounds sensitively.
- Collaborate within a team to provide quality service.
Qualifications and/or experience:
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills for care plans.
- Ideally, possess a Diploma Level 2 in Care or equivalent.
- Understanding of Safeguarding and the needs of individuals.
- Previous successful teamwork experience.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety, First Aid, and Fire procedure.
- Previous care setting or disability support experience is a plus.
