Independent Northamptonshire Country Inn requires a smart, friendly and confident individual to assist in running our establishment. The business operates a bar, restaurant, guest bedrooms, live events and functions including weddings.


We offer high quality dining and a wide range of wine, spirits and real ales, and knowledge of these areas would be a positive advantage.


A hands on role, the position involves:

  • Staff supervision and training
  • Liaison with other departments
  • Shifts involve weekend and evening working. 40 hours approx. over 5 days.
  • Opening and closing down routines
  • Adherence to company food safety and health & safety policies

We require:

  • A bubbly personality and a can do attitude
  • At least one years' hospitality experience
