What will you be doing?

  • Building domain expertise in order to understand the business's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats and how these relate to the project being addressed
  • Being responsible for facilitating requirements elicitation activities and, where necessary, influencing and challenging the business
  • Clearly defining business problems/opportunities, business rules, functional and non-requirements as well as user personas and/or stakeholder profiles
  • Being responsible for determining and documenting the impact of desired changes
  • Facilitating sessions to support the delivery team understand requirements, using the most appropriate technique to convey these
Collaborating with stakeholders to establish an appropriate 'future state' business solutionWhat we're looking for:

  • You have worked on projects either as a business analyst and/or as a business change analyst
Experience working with agile methodologies configured for large, complex organizations and can demonstrate an approach to overcoming various organisational constraintsSkills that will help you in the role:

  • You have applied user experience practices to help project teams in defining software solutions
  • Qualifications attained in business analysis (such as IIBA's CBAP or BCS's Business Analysis Certifications)
  • Qualifications in agile methodologies, and/or those related to business change (such as the Lean Six Sigma methodology or BPMN)
