Caffeine&Machine exists as a brand that caters to everyone with a love for things that move. Our physical spaces include a coffee house, pub, roadside diner, art gallery, clothing boutique - but beyond all that, simply a place to go, a thing to experience, a community to become part of.


Caffeine&Machine has successfully operated The Hill (near Stratford Upon Avon) since 2018, and we are
opening a new location in Bedfordshire (MK45) in September 2023.

We are seeking
Kitchen Porters to work in the coffee house, pub and diner.


As a Kitchen Porter, you will work closely with the Kitchen Manager and your fellow kitchen team to ensure that Caffeine&Machine's kitchen and food stations run smoothly.


The main purpose of this role is to ensure that the kitchen is clean and operational and all of the crockery, cookware and utensils are washed, dried and stored correctly.

You will also be trained to carry out food preparation and some simple cooking processes too.

Given the importance of health and safety, you must maintain high standards of hygiene and ensure that that you abide by all company health and safety procedures and guidelines.

Prior experience of working in a kitchen is desirable but not essential. All training will be provided. A great attitude and team work is essential.
