We are recruiting for a

full-time (37.5 hour) and a

part-time (16 hour) Female Support Worker to support 2 young ladies who share their own home in the Juniper Green area of Edinburgh.


The ladies we support have faced a lot of challenges in the past because of their learning disabilities and Autism but this hasn't stopped them from enjoying life They enjoy lots of activities, including going to the theatre, being in a band, music and dancing, clothes shopping, going on holiday and swimming.

However, they're always up for trying new things, so are looking for inventive people who are up for the challenge.

Our support team are very diverse and work well together to ensure the people we support are happy and safe in their own homes

This can include:

  • Supporting them with medication
  • Cooking
  • Assisting with personal care
  • Maintaining the homes of the ladies we support and managing their finances


Our team provide support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so we are looking for flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including some weekends and sleepovers.

Our shift patterns can vary depending on the needs of the ladies we support, but generally they are:

  • 7am 2pm
  • 1pm 8pm
  • 3pm 11pm
  • 11pm 7am (sleepover)
