Social Media Content Creator and Engagement

We're looking for an organised, motivated, and passionate Social Media Manager / Content Creator with excellent creative and editing skills to join our friendly team.

You'll be responsible for managing, growing and strategising across all of our social media platforms as well as back of house admin.

Administrative activities include responding to reviews, creating reports & developing procedures as well as other adhoc activities.

You will be required to shoot content within a fast paced kitchen, liaising with the kitchen manager and team members onsite.


This is a pivotal role within our business and we're looking for someone to take ownership of the role, so you will need a strong work ethic and take pride in your work.


  • You will be responsible for managing all social media channels such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram & Twitter
  • Generate, create, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. Original text, photos, videos and news)
  • You will develop a social media strategy to increase brand awareness, channel growth and increase engagement leading to increased sales
  • Maintain ongoing awareness and interest in social media trends across social media and online video.
  • Work closely with our external media team to plan campaigns and approve content plans.
  • Develop and manage specific campaigns as well as general information about the brands.
  • Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions and engagements.
  • Knowledge of setting up paid social media advertising campaigns with ability to analyse performance using Facebook Insights, Instagram etc.
  • Track and evaluate all social media accounts and campaigns effectively.
  • Understand how to generate new ideas to enhance performance.
  • Manage workloads, prioritise and deliver projects within agreed deadlines.

From £13,520.00 per year
