Due to our current our team expanding, APCO Dental Care is seeking an enthusiastic, well mannered individual to join our practice as a Dental Receptionist.

As part of our Dental Receptionist team, you will be the first point of contact for all our patients.

You will be working alongside other dental care professionals in the practice so we require someone who is able to work as part of a team.


As our Dental Receptionist you must be able to display the highest standard of customer service and patient care, have strong organisational and communication skills and show the dedication to deliver the highest standard of care to our patients.


Your daily duties will include:
- check patients in and out and make appointments
- maintain patient and practice records in line with GDPR.
- sign in and out the dental lab work
- speak to patients on the phone
- organise the appointment book
- manage the practices payments as well as deal with cash and end of day banking
- manage patient enquiries regarding private treatment while liaising with Dentists in regards to appointments and treatment
- cash handling and banking duties


We require someone who has previous experience as a receptionist, working with SFD and dental knowledge would be an advantage.

Salary:
£9.50-£10.50 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Alexandria: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

Medical Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
