Talk Staff are looking to hire an ambitious and enthusiastic Operations Administrator, who is looking to work within a dynamic and energetic environment, for our fabulous and successful client based in Burton on Trent.
To be considered for the role, you'll require the following essentials:
- Excellent IT skills including MS Office, especially Word and Excel
- Highly organised
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Comfortable working at a fast pace with the ability to prioritise conflicting demands
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Excellent problemsolving skills
- Able to work autonomously and in a team
Within this position, you'll also be:
- Liaising with the wider business & suppliers to confirm content, services and attractions
- Compiling bookings and monitoring changes
- Checking client documentation and client lists
- Providing support and information to the wider business
- Answering queries from the clients regarding content and operational information
- Assisting in the setting up of new bookings, including researching all included content, finding local suppliers and planning the daytoday operational itinerary
- Keeping systems up to date with all details
- Assisting with health and safety checks to make sure requirements are met
- Ensuring all paperwork is received and updated
- Answering queries, advising of cancellations or alterations to bookings
- Answering transport enquiries
- Dealing with daytoday issues & emergencies that may arise
- Collating & dealing with client feedback
- Responding to any raised issues within a timely manner
Salary is £24,000 per annum
Working hours are on a rota basis. Shifts to be covered can vary between the times of 7am - 7pm.
