Responsibilities

  • Ensure cleanliness of dishwash and surrounding areas on the premises
  • Handle all washing up tasks for a busy kitchen and restaurant
  • Clean and sanitize countertops, walls, and sinks
  • Maintain daily clearing and cleaning of dining room tables
  • Assist with basic food preparation when necessary
  • Clean dining areas thoroughly
  • Support with regular deep cleaning tasks
  • Aid in deliveries and ensure appropriate storage organization
  • Dispose of waste from containers in designated external bins
  • Provide support to front of house and kitchen staff as needed

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a similar position
  • Customer-oriented with effective communication skills
  • Strong team player
  • DBS check will be mandatory
