Job Description:
Are you ready to step into the role of Recruitment + Training Specialist with our client? This exciting opportunity involves discovering fresh business prospects, enrolling apprentices, and providing training through their Business Academy. This position has been introduced to support the expansion of their thriving business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and nurture new business opportunities in the business and customer service sectors.
- Cultivate strong relationships with employers of all sizes to advocate apprenticeship training programs.
- Engage with employers actively to attract them to the training initiatives.
- Lead the apprentice recruitment process.
- Conduct training sessions and mentor apprentices at the Business Academy.
- Work collaboratively with the existing team to enhance apprenticeship and training services.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in apprenticeship delivery.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Demonstrable experience in business development and identifying new opportunities.
- Rich understanding of the Business Administration and Customer Service sectors in relation to apprenticeship training.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation capabilities.
- Ability to function autonomously and as part of a team effectively.
- Dedication to mentoring and nurturing apprentices.
- Relevant certifications and qualifications would be advantageous.
Salary:
£28,000 + Car
Benefits:
Exciting perks such as company pension, on-site gym, on-site Café, on-site parking, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, and a 2-week closure over Christmas.
Working Hours:
Full-time position with 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Location:
The role is based in Bristol, involving a mix of office work and remote responsibilities, with occasional on-site visits to clients in the South West and beyond.
