Intermediate Electrical Design Engineer

About the job:

Looking for an Intermediate Electrical Design Engineer to join a leading manufacturer of heat pump and refrigerant equipment. This role offers the chance to be a key figure in the M&E, refrigeration design team. If you are passionate about using your engineering skills to make a difference in tackling climate change, this opportunity is ideal for you.

  • Dealing with and reviewing enquiries with the in-house projects team
  • Production of detailed designs, costing, and involvement in the tender stage process
  • Conducting various electrical calculations including load, cable sizing, and power calculation
  • Utilizing AutoCAD for detailed design construction drawings

Requirements:

Degree or higher qualification in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. Strong technical experience in conceptual electrical design engineering for building services. Familiarity with the latest standards and regulations.

Package:

  • Salary up to £40k per annum
  • 25 days holiday per year, plus bank holidays
  • Birthday off annually
