Client Details: In Tewkesbury, we partner closely with a loving family to deliver specialized care to their son. Our young client requires round-the-clock attention due to clinical needs like Cerebral Palsy, sight, and hearing impairment, and PEG feeding.
Shifts:
- Commitment to 2 regular shifts per week or a 35-hour contract.
- 12-hour shifts available round the clock.
- Each shift will have a dedicated healthcare support worker present.
Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with the Nurse Manager Team to maintain high standards of care.
- Establish strong relationships with clients and families to achieve targeted goals.
- Offer 2-2-1 specialized support to a child with Cerebral Palsy.

Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in caring for individuals with complex needs.
- Possession of a valid and spotless Registered Nurse pin.
- Minimum of 1-year post-registration experience.
- Hold a UK driving license and have access to your own vehicle.
