Are you an Architectural Technician or similar who is proficient in AutoCAD, looking to join a fast growing company that offer hybrid working, monthly performance based bonuses and fast progression into Senior and Management roles within the company.

This ambitious and fast-growing company are an Architectural firm based in Corby that have recently taken on more clients and are looking to expand their team of architectural technicians to facilitate a long waiting list of projects.

In this dynamic and varied role, you will be working closely with the company Director, producing drawings and designs for a variety of domestic and residential structural projects within a local patch. You will be liaising with clients and sub-contractors on the building sites to ensure project specifications are met and quality standards are kept to, as well as occasional site surveys. With optional hybrid working, and occasional site visits, you will be managing your own schedule efficiently to consistently hit targets to work towards monthly commission bonuses when targets are exceeded.

This role would suit an Architectural technician or similar who is proficient in AutoCAD who is looking for an autonomous and varied role within a fast-growing company that offers fast progression, hybrid working, and monthly commission incentives to boost your earnings.

The Role:

• Producing Designs and Drawings for a wide range of structural projects around Corby
• Client and sub-contractor liaisons to ensure quality standards and project specifications are met
• Optional hybrid working
• Unlimited overtime

The Person:

• Architectural Technician or similar
• Could be from a Structural Design or Construction Design background
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Commutable to Corby
