Negotiator to join their team in Kent. You will be a self-starter with a passion for property and aptitude for learning. You will be target-driven, motivated and have a background in sales, or customer services.

Duties:

  • Identify potential buyers and sellers
  • Supporting viewings and valuations
  • Be a good communicator who can liaise with customers
  • Be professional and polite and able to carry out property salesrelated tasks

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Be enthusiastic about property and sales
  • Be a selfstarter with good organisational skills
  • Have a driving licence and own car
