It will also require the attendance out of hours when necessary in the event of an alarm call.

Caretaker will assist the Site Supervisor prepare the premises for out of school activities, such as holiday clubs, and liaising with other external contractors.


The
Caretaker will be part of the school's Health & Safety Team, and will report to the Site Supervisor and School Business Manager on all such matters.

Have the ability to use their own initiative and work as part of a team.

Demonstrate excellent communication and organisation skills.

Be professional and approachable with all pupils, parents and staff.

Supportive staff, parents, leadership teams and governors.
