To support the project team with commercial and contractual expertiseAssess, review and mitigate commercial and contractual risksImplement policies for risk managementPreparation and presentation of monthly cost reportsValue works executed by Sub-ContractorsCertify interim and final payments Prepare subcontract invitations to tender and evaluate tender returnsManage prompt preparation and settlement of final accounts, including variations, claims and disputesMonitor and track project costs, including variations, change orders, and progress payments, to ensure financial control and accuracySkills:Qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or construction relatedStrong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to perform accurate calculations and cost analysisExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors and suppliersProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with quantity surveying softwareRelevant driving licence If you would like to discuss, please do call RGB Recruitment Exeter and ask for Nicky Harris
