We are hiring a Specification Technologist at a leading company in the food manufacturing industry.

  • Complete customer specifications and provide nutritional information for product launches.
  • Handle customer inquiries on product ingredients and safety data.
  • Maintain the Recipe Management system.
  • Stay updated on legislative issues and maintain the supplier database.
  • Ensure new products and raw materials are placed on the production system.
  • Keep up to date with EU Food Law alerts and Rapid Alerts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a food-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong background in writing specifications and technical food standards.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with computer data systems like Sage and Creations.
  • Familiar with portal specification systems like QADEX or Foods connected.
  • Valid driver's license.
