Looking for a Market Data Specialist to take day-to-day responsibility for ensuring that our market data vendors are managed, can meet its commitments and that there are no 3rd party supplier service disruptions or contractual breaches.
Responsabilities:
- Conduct all business transactions in accordance with policies, procedures & guidelines, legal requirements, regulations, and ethical standards.
- Evaluate and analyse contracts to understand products/services/licences provided
- Manage relevant activities for each contract to meet business integration programme milestones.
- Serve as the point of contact for commercial negotiations with contracting parties.
- Manage record keeping for all contractrelated correspondence and documentation
- Provide both internal and external contractrelated issue resolution
- Liaising with legal and other SMEs for the negotiation of agreements when required
Skills:
- Knowledge of the procurement of Market Data services
- Robust skills in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project
- Ability to meet project objectives within designated constraintsakes the initiative in researching solutions to technology problems
- A drive to learn new technologies and consider how they can be adopted by the business
- Able to be quickly productive
