The role is office-based on the outskirts of Frome, and as a Recruitment Assistant, you will play a vital part in the success and growth of the business.

Shifts will be between 8am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday on a rota basis.

Duties will include:

- creating engaging adverts on job boards
- liaising with field-based colleagues to provide administration support

  • CRM system management both data entry and reports
- ensuring working practices are completed within legislation requirements and assisting with annual client and industry audits
- maintaining the company website and social media accounts

Essential Skills
To succeed as a Recruitment Assistant, you will need:

  • excellent administration and organisational skills
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- strong interpersonal and relationship building skills

- current driving licence and car or bike (due to office location)
