Responsibilities:

The role

As
PMO Co-Ordinator you will be responsible for:

PMO Co-Ordinator provides support to Project and Service Delivery Managers (The Delivery Teams), to deliver projects ensuring that all contractual requirements are met, and that delivery standards are maintained at all times.

The PMO Co-Ordinator will be a Subject Matter Expert in best practice, North governance, and standards for project delivery to ensure that control is maintained throughout project and contract lifecycles and that data is created and reported in a consistent form to allow progress to be monitored and risks and issues identified in a timely manner.


Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the creation and update of project plans taking account of the scale of project along with dependencies and resource requirements
  • Assist the Delivery Teams in management of projects through SAP
  • Work with the Delivery Teams to identify and monitor risks (threats and opportunities) and plan / implement responses
  • Management of change control process to ensure all change items are clearly defined, impact assessed and implemented, including updating configuration documents as required
  • Implement regular reviews to monitor progress ensuring accurate reporting including progress, forecasts, budgets and profit margins
  • Organising and attending, where required, recurring contracts and operational management meetings, triaging questions from the business, as well as expediting issues and tasks that arise from the meetings
  • Monitoring and assist in managing contracts for the provision of goods and/or services
  • Liaise with delivery teams and external contractors to ensure records are up to date and works are coordinated in line with specific expertise / accreditation level
  • Establishing and managing reviews at appropriate points, which will inform their governance by providing evaluations of progress
  • Responsible for the control and upkeep of key documentation
  • Facilitate the quality review process
  • Manage stakeholders, taking account of their levels of influence and particular interests
  • Identify improvements in processes to optimize performance and deliver value to the business
  • Arranging site access where required, working with end customers to agree dates
  • Liaise with the delivery teams to ensure good communication across all colleagues, and avoid any delays.
