The Role:

As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our plant machinery.

Responsibilities include planned and reactive maintenance, installation of new machinery, continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with regulations. You'll also provide training, mentoring, and technical support to colleagues while fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Skills Required:

  • Advanced Engineering Apprenticeship
  • HNC in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
  • Proficiency in both mechanical and electrical fault diagnosis
  • Experience with PLCs, control systems, and robotics (6axis/XY)
  • Strong fitting skills, with knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
  • Technical understanding of manufacturing processes
  • Commitment to safety standards and proactive problem-solving abilities
