A Service Engineer with experience is needed to join our team at Elite Food Machinery Services on a full-time basis.

The role will involve mechanical and electrical work covering workshops and mobile work across London and the Southeast.

This role is a mix of site-based and out-in-the-field covering the South East of the UK (London, Essex, Surrey etc).

Elite Food Machinery Services is a small family-run business based in Ashford, Kent, offering sales, service and repairs, on or off-site, including breakdown cover for all food processing machinery and equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a mix of Mechanical and Electrical knowledge, but we are open to someone with either.


Full driving licence is needed.
Full training will be given to the right candidate.
Overtime will be paid at the hourly rate.
- Set up and install food processing equipment and machinery at client sites, ensuring it functions as per specifications.
- Maintain detailed records of all service activities, including parts replaced, service schedules, and client feedback.
- Ensure all machinery installations, repairs, and maintenance activities adhere to industry safety standards and regulations.
- Proficiency in understanding, maintaining, and repairing food machinery and equipment.
- Meticulousness in inspecting machinery, performing repairs, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Dedication to meeting client needs, understanding their concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction with machinery services provided.

Field Service Technician, Maintenance Engineer, Field Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, Equipment Service Specialist, Field Repair Technician, Installation Engineer, Machinery Maintenance Technician, Service Technician, and On-site Support Engineer may also be considered for this role.
