We are looking for a experienced fish fryer to join a already established sitting restaurant and takeaway on Hartlepool Marina.

This is a minimum wage roll but a higher wage roll can be negotiated dependent on experience.

Duties will include, frying fish, taking orders and preparing the orders to customer satisfaction. Liaising with counter staff. Keeping the kitchen and food preparation areas clean and tidy and to a very high standard. Must be able to prevent cross contamination and allergens for customers orders.
