Joining the front of house team at a Farm & Dining site you will be an integral part of bringing to life the new and exciting vision for our seasonal and sustainable dining offering.

My client is looking for enthusiastic and dynamic people to be a part of our restaurant team.

As part of the front of house team you will have the opportunity to work in our intimate dining section managing a 24 cover indoors and up to 20 covers outdoors.

The dining seeks to embody the rural and cosy feel of the Southern England countryside. The restaurant will be stylish and relaxed with a combination of indoor seating and outdoor terraced seating.


As a member of the front of house dining team it is imperative that you can communicate the story of our specially selected menu to our customers.


The client aims is to provide a nourishing and restorative dining experience with majority locally sourced ingredients to enhance the farm-to-fork dining experience.


Working alongside the restaurant team it is crucial that you share a love for locally grown food and sustainable selections of food and drinks.


They will provide and encourage regular tours of the market garden and grounds, as well as facilitating supplier education days, so as to best enhance your understanding of the process between farming the food on the site and serving it to our customers.

At this location you will be a part of this new and exciting project and get to grow alongside our project and learn about the full process of our food and farming in a unique way.

Training will be from Tuesday 2nd of May until 22nd of May
