- 40 hours per week working on a shift basis that may include some weekends.

  • From innovative educational approaches to national curriculum initiatives, our dedicated teams of specialists and key workers actively empower each individual to reach their personal peak, all within a custom-tailored setting.
  • You will play a crucial role within a small team of around 6 staff members, which includes support workers, senior support workers, an Assistant Team Manager, and a Team Manager.
  • As an essential component of the dedicated teams assigned to each child, you will significantly contribute to their learning and skill development for life.
- No specific qualifications are required for this position, but a shared commitment to aiding children in becoming the best versions of themselves is essential.
