About the Role
The Mobilisation Coordinator will work alongside colleagues to assist plan and mobilise new sites across the UK.
The Mobilisation Coordinator will support with project tasks including reviewing schedules, contracts and supply chain, organising, and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring project deadlines are promptly met.
We are looking for someone who can:
- Monitoring project timelines ensuring SLA's are met
- Updating spreadsheets for all projects
- Liaising with third party suppliers and vendors for new equipment orders and deliveries
- Negotiating new contracts for hospital services
- Reviewing service contracts prior to agreement
- Monitor stock and equipment levels, keeping record and allocating stock against projects
- Reporting risks to the project manager
- Assist in the setup of new Hospitals, including the deliveries and installation of new equipment and fixtures
- Organising and transporting equipment to new sites
- Working away one week in every 4 to assist in the installation phase of new hospitals
- Provide support in the new hospital rollout, assisting in the handover to the estates team.
What you'll bring to the role:
- Experience in a similar fast paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to be reactive when issues arise
- Knowledge or understanding of basic Health and safety regulations
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- The ability to learn and adapt to new internal systems
- Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
- Ability to work both individually and in a team
- The ability to identify and solve problems quickly and efficiently
- A clean full UK driving licence
