- Clinically supporting the department to deliver exceptional patient care
- Leading the department under the guidance of the Director of Clinical Services or Clinical Services Manager
- Overseeing the deployment, supervision, and mentorship of staff within the clinical area
- Maintaining accurate written records and legal documentation as per standards

Requirements:
- Evidence of relevant professional development and certification RN with valid NMC Registration
- Registered Nurse Level 1 / Diploma / BSc in Nursing Studies qualifications
- Up-to-date knowledge in the relevant field
- Awareness of NMC Code of Accountability
- Recruitment and selection skills
- Maths, English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent
- Strong PC proficiency with software and systems
