Key Responsibilities:
  • Define product strategy for short and long term growth.

Educational Qualification:
Masters or higher qualification in life science with an MBA. Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Job Purpose:

Develop and execute a marketing and sales strategy through the BD team focusing on Oligoneucleotides, Peptides, ADC, and High Potent Drugs to achieve revenue targets.


Technical/Functional Skills:
  • Understand key business drivers related to CDMO services.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, especially Sales Force.
  • Understanding of Pharmaceutical development services.
  • Technical selling skills and opportunity pipeline management.

Experience:

Ideal candidate possesses at least 10 years of sales experience in pharma services, particularly ADC and/or Oligonucleotides. Must have a track record in BD/strategic marketing. Comfortable working through others and generating quality leads.

Role includes international travel and a US visa would be beneficial.
