Some of the key responsibilities in this great role include:
As a Strategist for People Made, you'll be helping us to deliver high-impact holistic strategies for our clients.

You'll be involved with delivering a range of client consulting projects with guidance and support from our Directors and Senior Strategists, helping us to provide strategic insights and recommendations that positively change our clients' culture.


Effective development of thinking and problem solving

Qualifications, experience & skills:

  • Ideally from a brand, innovation or transformation agency or similar (rigour) with smaller startup experience (agility). Digital experience preferred but not essential.
  • Experience of working with UK or international clients across a range of strategic brand activation, change or culture projects.
  • 2 3 years' experience plus.
